Booking Terms

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due on the day of the tour. Full refund for cancellations received more than 48 hours before the tour start time. No refund for cancellations within 48 hours.

Liability

Tinghir Trails is fully licensed by the Moroccan Ministry of Tourism. Participants join tours at their own risk and are strongly advised to hold appropriate travel insurance. Tinghir Trails accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage occurring during tours.
